We want you to be able to try Local Media Empire without risk. This page explains our refund terms and how to request one.
30-day money-back guarantee
Local Media Empire is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the product isn’t right for you, request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date and we will refund what you paid.
How to request a refund
Orders are processed by JVZoo, our retailer. You can request a refund in either of these ways:
- Contact our support team with the email address you used at checkout and your order or receipt number.
- Submit the request through JVZoo using the purchase receipt they emailed you.
You do not have to give a reason, though we always appreciate hearing what didn’t work — it helps us improve the product.
When you’ll get your money back
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
What happens to your access
When a refund is issued, your licence to use Local Media Empire ends and your access to the software and any bonuses included with the purchase is withdrawn. Content you created and exported before the refund remains yours.
Bonuses and included extras
Bonuses and the Launch Workshop are included free as part of the purchase. They have no separate cash value and cannot be refunded separately or kept after a refund of the main product.
Exceptions
- Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date.
- Purchases where there is clear evidence of abuse of this policy, or of fraudulent or unlawful use of the product.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, please talk to us first — a refund request is almost always faster than a chargeback and we are happy to help. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may result in your access being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
